About the job

Your mission

  • PHP development with frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel as a standalone application
  • Webshop development with Magento or Shopware
  • Development of CMS websites with TYPO3 or WordPress
  • Development of holistic concepts starting with the conception, development and implementation to the maintenance of applications and modules
  • Designing modern and innovative web front-ends with HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, vanilla JavaScript, SCSS, CSS2/CSS3 and other common languages
  • Use of relational databases such as MySQL
  • Specialization of your choice, e.g. Magento, Shopware or TYPO3
  • Performance optimization of websites and web stores as well as bug fixing

Your profile

  • As a PHP professional, you have a passion for web development. We are looking for people who have a steep learning curve and add new, positive perspectives to our team.
  • You are a passionate PHP professional with professional or private project experience
  • You acquire new knowledge quickly and independently and strive to constantly expand your range of skills
  • You implement smaller projects independently and larger ones collaboratively as part of a team
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge with like-minded technology enthusiasts who still enjoy new topics and technologies even after many years on the job
  • You help us to constantly develop technologically and continuously improve our existing systems
  • You put new applications through their paces and are only satisfied when they are perfect.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Scrum and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

 

The job

As a PHP Developer at Moltomedia, you will be an active part of the development of complex websites and e-commerce solutions right from the start. You will work on exciting projects for international, renowned companies and “hidden champions” in close coordination with our product owners. The area of responsibility is wide-ranging and very varied – which is why you should be motivated to actively contribute to the team and constantly learn new things.
